Finnish News Agency STT reminded viewers in an article published Aug. 31 that all TV transmission must switch to digital in one year, by Aug. 31.
The article said that as of June, about half the households with TV sets had acquired a digital adapter or set-top box.
The European Union recommended all member states complete their DTV transition by 2011.
