FCC Tells More About April 17 Broadband Management Hearing

The FCC announced an agenda—but no witnesses yet—for the public hearing on broadband management practices, April 17 at Stanford Law School in Palo Alto, Calif.
It’s the first such hearing on the net neutrality issue since Comcast announced it would no longer interfere with BitTorrent activity. The commission held also held a meeting at Harvard Law School.
