The FCC wants to make it easier for consumers to register complaints about broadcasts they believe are profane, obscene or indecent.
The commission has launched a Web site for that purpose. It explains how to file a complaint and what happens to that complaint once the agency receives it, plus includes a section on frequently asked questions about the topics.
