Evertz has purchased Quartz Electronics.
Quartz, headquartered in Reading, U.K., has more than 450 master control channels installed worldwide.
With the acquisition, Evertz is now entering the master control and router market. The purchase of Quartz Electronics, headquartered in Reading, U.K., with more than 450 master control channels installed worldwide, will expand Evertz's high-performance systems and increase its HDTV presence worldwide.
