Throughout this 2005-2006 NBA season, ESPN and ABC Sports are jointly providing full-court-press coverage across the Walt Disney Company’s significant multimedia portfolio.
Live games and other content related to the sport are now available via cable, satellite and mobile devices on a scale not possible before. The company said it now reaches more than 120 countries.
There’s ABC Sports, ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN Radio, ESPN Deportes and ESPN International, to name a few. But in addition to television and radio, ESPN is leveraging its ESPN.com Web site, ESPN The Magazine, ESPN360, Mobile ESPN, Mobile ESPN Publishing and SportsTicker divisions as pipelines for its content. And, sticking to its heritage, sports content is available 24 hours a day.
