Tuesday the FCC said it was delaying the deadline for filing the first round DTV channel elections until Feb. 10, 2005. See the Order (DA No. 05-164) granting the extension requested by the Association of Federal Communications Consulting Engineers (AFCEE). Additional guidance from the FCC on negotiated channel agreements is expected. Check the FCC Daily Digiest and theFCC DTV web site for additional information as it becomes available.
