Focus Enhancements of Campbell, Calif., a manufacturer of video production and conversion technology, announced that its FireStore DR-DV5000 digital disk recording module can now be purchased through JVC Professional Products Company.
The FireStore DR-DV5000 is a portable DV disk recorder designed specifically for JVC’s professional line of full-size professional DV camcorders.
As part of a special deal, JVC is offering a $500 rebate to customers who purchase its GY-DV5000U camcorder together with the DR-DV5000 from now until September 26, 2003.
The FireStore DR-DV5000 is a portable DV disk recorder designed specifically for JVC’s professional line of full-size professional DV camcorders. It can record up to six hours on a single drive and comes with retro loop and time-lapse recording.
The DR-DV5000 mounts onto JVC's GYDV5000 through a 52-pin connector between the camcorder and battery and allows seamless communication of video input, power and status information between the devices.
