Dielectric announced last week that Jay Martin has been promoted to vice president of Sales and Marketing. Jay has been with Dielectric since 1985. John Capasso, president of Dielectric said, "Jay's strong technical and sales background makes him the perfect candidate to head the Sales and Marketing team. His vast understanding of the industry and the needs of the broadcast community provide an ideal foundation for his new position."
Dan Ozley was promoted to the position of vice president, International Business Development. Dan joined Dielectric in 2000 and prior to worked in domestic and international sales with Lockheed Martin, Scientific Atlanta and Harris Corp. Mr Capasso said, "Dan's new position will allow him to fully utilize his extensive international experience for Dielectric's growth outside the domestic market."
