Dielectric names new president

Broadcast antenna and transmission line maker Dielectric Communications, has named David J. Wilson as its new president. Prior to joining Dielectric, Wilson served as vice president of business development for SPX’s Cooling Technologies and Services business and SPX’s Edwards Systems Technology business. Dielectric is a business unit of SPX.

Wilson holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Massachusetts and a Master of Business Administration from Babson College.

Dielectric recently installed a television antenna broadcast system for WNYW-TV and WNBC-TV at the Empire State Building (ESB), in New York City. Dielectric worked with the New York City-based stations to develop a comprehensive over-the-air solution that includes a customized combined antenna system.
