Dielectric Communications has bought Franklin, Tenn.-based Flash Technology, a developer of aviation obstruction lighting systems for communications, broadcast, airport and wind energy markets.
Dielectric is expected to integrate Flash's technology that automatically monitors tower lighting into its antenna technology.

Dielectric will continue to operate the Flash Technology facility in Franklin, Tenn.
