Claratech is set to acquire U.K.-based manufacturer Faraday Technology Ltd. Following the acquisition process, Bernard Lovatt, MD and founder of Faraday Technology will be stepping down from his executive role but continue as a consultant to the company and industry.
"The experience and expertise of staff from both companies will allow the company to continuously improve and provide their customers with new solutions for the rapidly changing technology in the industry," Steve Farmer, Chief Executive Officer of Claratech said.
