At IBC2004, Ciprico will demonstrate a nonlinear editing workflow using its 10gigabit Ethernet-enabled centralized network attached storage (NAS) product. The Ciprico DiMeda 10G will be introduced for the first time to the international community at the show.
The demonstration will feature multiplayer HDTV editing using both compressed and uncompressed HD content. The system scales to nearly 10TB using Serial ATA (SATA) drives.
