Broadcast Technology previews NAB2005 offerings

Broadcast Technology will exhibit a variety of professional receive solutions at the upcoming National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) convention in April.

The Showman 1000 multistandard off-air receiver/demodulator can be used with PAL, SECAM and NTSC television standards. It includes IF inputs and outputs, alarms and logging capability.

The new 3200 Series high-definition MPEG-2 decoder family is a range of modules aimed at HD acquisition and monitoring applications. The range includes analog and SDI outputs with options for HD-SD downconversion and AC3 pass-through

The Skyline DataMiner is a fully SNMP compatible system allowing control of equipment from many vendors via Ethernet. Features include alarm correlation, automation, notification, scheduling, automated reporting, trend analysis and an MS Visio-based topological display.

The DTAR3000 hot-swappable 8-VSB to ASI demodulator is designed for transmission monitoring and cable-TV head-end applications. Up to 14 modules can be accommodated in a single 3U chassis, controlled via RS-232 or SNMP.

The company will exhibit its products in booth #SU9317 at the Las Vegas Convention Center April 18-21.
