BellSouth, the provider of video circuits for the broadcast of Super Bowl XXXVI, is relying on Artel Video Systems' optical video networking system to enable live, uncompressed video from the big game.
Artel's DigiLink 1220, a fiber-optic video networking system, helps BellSouth transport game day action to broadcasters. The Artel systems can transport video from event locations to broadcast studio locations using fiber optics in analog and digital formats.
