AVS demonstrated the low delay digital wireless camera system from Link Research during the ABC Sports production of “Monday Night Football” Dec. 12.
Aerial Video Systems (AVS) has successfully demonstrated the first ultra low delay high-definition digital wireless camera. The test occurred on December 12 at the Monday Night Football game in Atlanta, GA. between the New Orleans Saints and the Atlanta Falcons.
Working with ABC Sports, AVS married the LinkHD system to a Grass Valley LDK 6000 mkII HD camera for the demonstration. The system offered full camera control functionality and was integrated into NEP Supershooters’ S-26 HD production truck, utilizing a Grass Valley video camera control panel.
