It's official -- Ascent Media, a wholly owned subsidiary of Liberty Media Corp. has agreed to purchase the assets of Sony's Systems Integration Center (SIC)
The deal, which was made public several months ago, will involve the integration of SIC into AF Associates, a prominent Northvale, N.J.-based systems integrator. SIC's San Jose headquarters will remain open and AF Associates President Tom Canavan will lead the company, along with an expanded management team that includes David Orr, former VP/GM of SIC, now Sr. VP, Western Operations, and Keith Jackson, now Director, Professional Services.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
