Andrew Corporation is combining its antennas and cable products group into a single organization headed by John DeSana, former president of Andrew's Cable Products Group. A new satellite communications group, headed by Paul Cox, former president of Andrew's Antenna Group will focus entirely on satellite communications.
Ralph Faison, president and CEO of Andrew Corp., explained the changes. "We are strengthening our commitment to the specific needs of our customers around the world, while providing increased focus to a rapidly growing market opportunity for satellite communications infrastructure. These changes will provide a direct and responsive decision-making process across each product group that is consistent with the end-market application."
