AldeaVision, a provider of broadcast-quality video networking services and solutions, has announced the launch of its video services in Los Angeles.
The company’s new point-of-presence, which is installed at the Pacific Television Center facilities in Los Angeles, connects to AldeaVision’s existing fiber-based video broadcast network in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Venezuela and Peru.
The node in Los Angeles has been operating since November 2003 and is carrying live traffic. With this addition to its international video network, AldeaVision will be able to better service the media and Hispanic broadcast community in Los Angeles.
