ADC features programmable patch system, connectors, Firewire panel

ADC will show the new ProPatch programmable patching system, a FireWire patch panel system and F and RCA connectors at this year’s IBC convention.

ProPatch, is a high-density Bantam Audio patching system engineered for mobile truck applications. It fits applications requiring a compact normals-adjustable 2x48 Bantam patch panel in a one-rack space solution.

ADC’s high-performance true 75 Ohm F connector features a BNC-style, two-piece gold-plated center pin and nickel plated body, which increases reliability. Its RCA connector includes the same features as the F connector.

The IEEE 1394 Firewire patch panel is designed for use in the broadcast industry. It is a 24-port one-rack unit high panel. IEEE 1394 connectors are on both sides of the panel with straight-through wiring. This panel is designed to be an interconnection point for non-linear editing suites that use the Firewire protocol.

ADC also will show its new Global ProAx triaxial camera connector family, featuring European Fischer standard compatibility.
