Accom, AMV, NEP and Editware go to the Super Bowl, too
The HD production of Sunday's Super Bowl will feature the Abekas Dveous/MX Digital Video Effects (DVE) system and an Abekas 6000 DTV video production server. NEP Supershooters will use Dveous/MX to create the main show's digital effects in the systems's full dual-twin HD capacity.
All Mobile Video will use its Resolution truck as the tape-release truck for the numerous replay sources; its Cinetour truck is outfitted with the Abekas server, which will be used to capture and edit live feeds used for commercial bumpers. AMV also is using Accom's Ethernet API protocol for interfacing the Abekas server to Editware's Fastrack editing systems.
