Spanish public service broadcaster Televisión Española (TVE) has installed four Chyron Duet LEX character generators running Lyric compositing software with an MOS interface for its digital news center.
TVE, part of the Radio Televisión Española Group, is using two of the Chyron Duet LEXs for its 24/7 Digital News Channel, “TVE Canal 24 Horas,” at the TVE news center in Madrid and two in its graphics department also based at the news center. Last year, the broadcaster installed three Chyron Duet LEXs at its regional production center in Barcelona and recently ordered two Duet LEXs.
