Leitch Technology has reported a surge in installations of its multi-format solutions in mobile units worldwide.
One of the latest HD teleproduction truck with Leitch products was integrated by San Antonio-based Shook Mobile Technology. The HD mobile unit, which was unveiled at NAB2005 in April, has Leitch X75HD multiple path converter/synchronizers onboard.
Mobile TV Group, a leading operator of mobile television production trailers in Denver, CO, also has purchased 18 X75HDs to outfit its newest HD truck, the 10HDX, which will cover a variety of live events throughout southern California after its scheduled launch this summer.
Other mobile units recently turning to the Leitch for HD solutions include:
- NEP Supershooters' all HD truck;
- MIRA Mobile Television's recently launched 53ft HD mobile unit, M-5;
