Sportsvision will enhance graphics for Denver-based HD television production company SportsHD to inform, educate and entertain an audience depending on the application.
The strategic partnership, announced Oct. 6, is intended to give sports fans the ultimate HDTV viewing experience.
The graphical enhancements from Sportvision, best known for its real-time virtual yellow first down line in football, will take advantage of the image detail available in high definition to help make SportsHD “docu-sports” programming unique.
Sportvision's real-time television enhancements will let marketers get in on the action of SportsHD programming. SportsHD will use Sportvision's live and post-production insertion capabilities for product placements and other value-added benefits for sponsors and advertisers.
