Magenta Research introduced two Morph-It accessory cards designed to enhance performance and simplify installations.
Morph-It is a 4U, rack-based Cat-5 signal distribution platform intended for applications with many sources, or at the front end of a MultiView or Mondo Matrix Cat-5 switcher. One accessory, the Dual EQ Card, extends the effective distance capability of two MultiView Series receivers by 500ft potentially saving money by allowing shorter-distance MultiView receivers to be utilized.
Morph-It Dual EQ Cards connected to MultiView AK1000 receivers enable 1500ft computer video extensions. Similarly, Dual EQ Cards with low-cost MultiView 250A receivers enable 750ft extensions.
