The FCC wants its FY 2004 regulatory fee payments in August. It has issued five pages of instructions for licensees to figure out what they owe and where and how they should make the payments.
The payments are due by Aug. 19, but licensees may begin sending in money Aug. 10. Those missing the deadline will be assessed a 25% penalty.
