The Sinclair Broadcast Group announced that it will be paying out a 20-cent quarterly cash dividend on its Class A and B common stock.
The dividends are payable July 15 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 1. The common stock will trade ex-dividend June 27.
Sinclair paid a 20-cent dividend in the previous quarter; one for 17.5 cent in the quarter ending Dec. 27; and two 15-cents dividends for the previous consecutive quarters.
Sinclair swung to profitability a year ago and has generated an increasing amount of net income for the last four quarters.
