You might not have noticed that DTV stations don't have to simulcast the programming on their NTSC counterparts.

You might not have noticed that Philips has done it again.

You might not have noticed that it's possible to watch lousy NTSC. Hey – I ain't for one second suggesting that you ought to watch lousy NTSC; I'm just saying it's possible.
