TV Azteca awards Jampro with contract for six antenna systems
Latin American TV network TV Azteca has awarded Jampro Antenna/RF Systems of Sacramento, CA, a contract to provide an additional six turnkey antenna installations.
The experience TV Azteca's New Technologies Engineering Group with previous Jampro turnkey systems for stations in Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey, led to the new contract.
The latest contract calls for six complete installations consisting of multichannel JUHD UHF broadband panel antennas and UHF Prostar slot antennas. Each of the six installations includes Jampro mask filters, combiners, patch panel-power splitters and rigid line transmission systems.
Jampro's JUHD panel antenna comes DTV-ready and its Prostar line of UHF slot antennas are compatible with DTV transmissions as well as NTSC and PAL broadcasts.
