Thin Multimedia last week showcased thinIPTV, a turnkey software solution for transcoding, managing and delivering multimedia content to mobile handsets, at the CTIA Wireless 2007 show.

The thinIPTV platform enables mobile devices to play such multimedia content as movies, music and infomercials, while allowing content providers to deliver the content to users in real time. Features include displaying live broadcasting schedules, providing detailed program information, and recording programs. The solution works across existing networks and on existing handsets.
