Industry leaders commit $50,000 to NSCA foundation

During the annual NSCA Fall Business Conference, Shure announced that it has again committed $25,000 to a fundraising campaign for the NSCA Education Foundation. Atlas Sound announced it would also commit $25,000 toward this matching-funds campaign, bringing the total to $50,000.

Both firms will match up to 50 percent of all other manufacturer contributions, helping to insure support of the foundation’s mission to educate the next generation of audio professionals. Tony Price, NSCA Education Foundation president, praised the two firms for their ongoing support of such initiatives as MasterFormat and convergence-based educations, student outreach and continuing education for industry professionals.
