Proponents of NCAs may file replies to any pleadings by March 22. Reference the NCA application file number and docket number 3 to 15.

The Society of Broadcast Engineers has set the application deadline for its April 19 SBE certification exam.

SBE leadership course
Registration deadline: May 4
The Society of Broadcast Engineers will present Course I: Leadership — The Framework of People Skills in Indianapolis June 7 to 9. The course costs $545.

The Advanced Television Systems Committee will hold its 2005 annual meeting “Clear Vision, a view from the top” in Arlington, VA.

SBE sets deadline for 2004 annual awards
Deadline: May 31
The SBE has set a May 31 deadline to submit nominations for its annual awards. The society is seeking nominations for several categories, including Broadcast Engineer of the Year, Educator of the Year and the Technology Award.
