Crispin succeeds with QVC and Lincoln Financial

Crispin reported an increase in news and archive management software sales coupled with major success in government and public access markets. The company has recently implemented a major upgrade at QVC. The software upgrades contained operational enhancements, including a unique playback mode for product display, and increased performance and flexibility to add more devices and channels.

Crispin also recently completed an archive standardization project for Lincoln Financial Group’s three TV stations: WBTV, Charlotte, NC; WWBT, Richmond, VA; and WCSC, Charleston, SC.

NewsCat interfaces to newsroom computer systems, video servers and nonlinear edit rooms to archive news stories and make them easily searchable for re-use. The system is browser-enabled, allowing operators to access archived and low-resolution proxy video clips anywhere on the network.
