The 39th annual Country Music Awards took place Nov. 15 at New York’s Madison Square Garden. Audio-Technica provided more than 200 hard-wired and wireless microphones, including backline vocal and instrument mics and wireless vocal systems.
Singer Kenny Chesney, last year’s CMA Entertainer of the Year, performed using A-T’s Elite 5000 UHF series. The broadcast employed A-T mics on drums, instrument amplifiers and backing vocals, as well as house mics for audience ambience.
