FCC commissioner Jonathan Adelstein was sworn in for another five-year term as a member of the FCC.
Outgoing Senate Minority Leader Tom Daschle (D-SD) administered the oath to Adelstein during a private ceremony at the U.S. Capitol.
Adelstein is one of two Democrats on the five-person commission. His new term will expire June 30, 2008.
