Advanced Digital Broadcast, a supplier of digital TV systems and software solutions for interactive television, has established a new Research and Development (R&D) Centre in Kharkov, Ukraine. ADB now has five R&D centers located in Europe.
Oleg Rudenko, current professor at the Kharkov National University of Radio Electronics, has been named managing director of ADB Ukraine.
