Serena Digital, a Madrid, Spain-based post-production facility specializing in TV commercial work, is using ScheduALL software to schedule and control its resources and projects.
"We use ScheduALL for almost everything," said Marcos Requena Sánchez, general manager at Serena Digital. "... The system allows our staff to find out exactly what resources were used for a project, the time spent, and the money it cost. As a result, we can get accurate, up-to-date information to our clients quickly."
Serena Digital has been using ScheduALL software for about three years, scaling the software along with the growth of the company. ScheduALL has been particularly useful in helping Serena Digital to schedule the ingest of video and manage workflow related to tape archives and material from sources, such as DVDs. Project information is entered into the software once and is thereafter carried through all operations.
