High-Def Holiday Specials from HDNet

HDNet is celebrating the holidays with entertainment and music specials.

The network that features 20 hours of original programming in 1080i HDTV per week will broadcast pop-culture critic Robert Wilonsky presenting a list of his picks for the top ten movies of 2004 in "Higher Definition Year in Review" on Christmas Eve.

On Dec. 25, HDNet will present specials such as "Sleeping Beauty on Ice" and "The Harlem Globetrotters: A Gift for the Troops."

HDNet allows viewers to count down to midnight with "New Years Eve in Times Square" followed by 16 hours of music on the "HDNet's Live '05 Concert Jam" on Jan. 1.
