NBC Universal will televise the 2005 Dew Action Sports Tour live in HDTV on Universal HD, NBC Universal’s HD channel.
The event will be the first time an action sports tour will be televised entirely in HD. Additionally, NBC and USA Network, the network’s HD affiliates, together will broadcast 32 original hours of the tour.
Universal HD will televise the entire tour beginning in September with live broadcasts of the Toyota Challenge in San Jose and concluding in October at the PlayStation Pro in Orlando.
