Grass Valley shows ContentShare at Henry Stewart DAM conferences

At two upcoming Henry Stewart XVII Digital Asset Management conferences, one in New York and the other in London, Thomson will exhibit its latest Grass Valley systems and technology for managing workflows and streamlining the handling of A/V content as digital files for the highest value.

The New York conference takes place June 6 and 7 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center; the London event will be held June 28 and 29 at the Radisson SAS Portman hotel.

As part of the vendor exhibit area at both conferences, Grass Valley will demonstrate its ContentShare2 service-oriented architecture (SOA), which includes a workflow engine designed to manage workflow across the entire production and business chain.

ContentShare2 defines media workflows by their progress through the entire enterprise, instead of by how the media interacts with technical operations. The open software solution is unique in bringing together both business and creative systems to create a secure media asset and process management foundation, increasing project efficiency from creation through to distribution and archiving.
