German broadcaster, Saarländischer Rundfunk (SR), is using collaborative newsroom technology from Dalet Digital Media Systems for both its radio and television news production.
Installed in conjunction with systems integrator Silicon Graphics (SGI), Dalet newsroom computer technology is now available to more than 300 staff members for creating stories, managing the rundown and archiving.
At SR’s new digital production and distribution center, Dalet’s newsroom technology has been tightly integrated with systems from SGI, SGT, and Avid.
