D9 and Professional DV camcorder two of many IBC focuses for JVC

JVC will showcase D9, professional DV camcorders and VTRs, and high-resolution CRT, LCD and plasma monitors at IBC2003.

Intended to address every professional requirement from acquisition and production to display and presentation for the broadcast, professional and industrial markets, these product areas include significant new product releases.

The new model DLA-SX21 D-ILA projector will be a key highlight at the JVC stand. Additionally, the QX1 projector will screen 2K-plus resolution images at many key HC demonstrations in the IBC-D cinema theater.

The latest addition to the Professional DV line will be the DR-DV5000E removable hard disk video recorder, which easily integrates with the latest GY-DV5000E Professional DV camcorder for more than 270 minutes of recording time.

The JY-HD10U can upconvert or downconvert into virtually any format, including 1080i, 720/30p, 480/60p, and 480/60i, allowing users that shoot in HD to playback on any display with component inputs.

The JY-HD10U HD camcorder, which offers seamless transition from SD to HD, will make its European debut. The new Professional DV VTR, model BR-DV6000E, provides frame-accurate editing, has a variety of interfaces and accepts both mini and standard size DV cassettes.

JVC will also show its latest developments in video streaming and v-network products. Finally, the company will introduce a high-resolution 50-inch and 42-inch plasma screen and a new flat 15-inch LCD monitor.
