BBC regional stations rely on Curious Software for maps

Several BBC regional television stations have acquired Curious Software’s Curious World Maps software, which allows graphics departments to create detailed and visually effective maps.

Curious World Maps is used to create map illustrations for news stories. Curious World Maps can create maps that incorporate satellite data, enabling designers to zoom in from a map of the world to a single city street.

The BBC regional stations that have acquired the software include: BBC London, BBC Wales, BBC Nottingham, BBC Birmingham, BBC South East, BBC Bristol and BBC Southampton.
