AmberFin splits from Snell & Wilcox following merger

In the wake of the successful merger of Pro-Bel and Snell & Wilcox, AmberFin will be separating from parent company Snell & Wilcox to become its own independent business entity.
According to a company press release, AmberFin has always intended to eventually split from Snell & Wilcox and now has the necessary capital to do so, giving it an opportunity to invest the research and continued development of its iCR software.
AmberFin’s primary focus will continue to be the film and broadcast sectors, while it will also look into expanding its presence in the Internet and mobile markets.
