DTV Fundamentals

Presents an overview of digital technology and techniquesused in DTV systemsin this introductory course for technicians, technologists and non-technical broadcast professionals. The course begins by illustrating digital principals and continues with a module-by-module explanation of a generic DTV system. Upon completion, you will understand audio and video formats and compression techniques, packet based transport implementation, error concealment and correction methods and digital modulation schemes. This course has 6 lessons.
