Comprompter Updates NetVid

Comprompter has launched a new version of its Internet newscast publishing system, NetVid.

Version 2 automates the capturing, editing and publishing of a newscast or stories to the Web. The system marks "in" and "out" points of each story during the newscast so that each story can be published or not published at will. The new version uses VC-1 encoder technology and is controlled by NewsKing, to capture on-air newscasts for publishing to an Internet Web site.
