Earlier, he held executive roles at Cisco overseeing strategy, technology, and global operations across the service provider portfolio. Conrad also founded BNI Video (Beaumaris Networks), later acquired by Cisco, and has held senior leadership roles at Motorola, Lucent, Ascend, Broadbus, and Stratus.
