Atlanta CBS affiliate WGCL has acquired a Sundance Digital NewsLink newsroom automation system to integrated its new and legacy media devices into an efficient digital workflow.
The NewsLink system will operate in conjunction with Avid iNews. The combined Sundance and Avid software products will help manage newsroom workflow and live newscasts. Sister station WSMV is also slated to receive a NewsLink package this summer. The WGCL installation is scheduled for this fall.
