Infotec acquires Azatel
Infotec Business Systems has acquired broadband company Azatel in a move giving Infotec a new entre into the video market. The deal, expected to become final by the end of the month, enables voice (VoIP), video or both to be sold into each company’s customer base, allowing Infotec to become a ‘turnkey’ solution in a strategic market.

Horizon Chillicotheexpands IPTV service withTANDBERG Television Horizon Chillicothe Telephone, an Ohio communications company, has selected the TANDBERG iPlex video headend for a major expansion of the channel line-up for its TV-over-VDSL ATM network.
