Swann Picks Best Show in HDTV

Pop art icon Andy Warhol once said that someday, everyone will be famous for 15 minutes. He saw what television could do, but he never saw what the Internet could do. Today, in addition to being famous for 15 minutes, everyone can dole out awards for the achievements of their choice.

Television technology speaker and commentator Philip Swann, on his Web site , has given his award for the program that "best combines the brilliant picture of High-Definition TV with great entertainment". He presents the award to "ABC Monday Night Football." Other contenders included Discovery HD Theater "Sunrise Earth," HDNet "Bikini Destinations," InHD "Live From the Red Carpet" and "The NFL" on CBS.
