This year's Super Bowl will be broadcast in HDTV in Canada for the first time. The Super Bowl has been aired in HD in the United States for the past several seasons, but this marks the first year that our friends to the north will be able to see it in HD. That is, the ones who don't live close to the border! No details were available, but the game will be produced in 720p, and broadcast in that format in the U.S.
